It is my great pleasure to provide a testimonial for Mica Prazak as he pursues an ESL teaching position with Superprof. Mica and I were colleagues during his time travelling and working as an ESL instructor in Concepcion, Chile in 2014-2016. Mica impressed me with his adventurous spirit, passion for knowledge, and love of helping others. Mica is passionate about connecting with people from different cultures, something I have had the joy of witnessing multiple times as he explores new ideas through his teaching and filmmaking. I recall many insightful videos Mica single handedly directed and produced for which he interviewed international students about their perspectives on various topics. It was very clear from this production that he was passionate about cross-cultural exchange. He also spent his time volunteering with ESL students and local high schools, out of the pure desire to help others. As an ex-ESL teacher, I am confident Mica will foster a similar passion in his students.
Mica is thoughtful, passionate, and open-minded; with a clear commitment to teaching and helping others understand the English language and different cultures. I have no doubt that Mica will continue to help many students as ESL teacher.

Mica worked at our ngo for a couple of months. Although he had never worked with young adults with disabilities he took it in his stride and engaged with them enthusiastically and proactively. They absolutely loved him. He was also incredibly resourceful and creative and found different ways to get our messages across both in his interactions with them and in marketing our work. He was able to adapt to different situations quickly and enjoyed being challenged to make things. During the pandemic he helped us create fun but accessible educational materials for other communities that were isolated and under-resourced. Id highly recommend Mica to any community as we found him to be genuine, empathetic, resourceful and so creative - such an asset while he was with us.
