About Joseph
I am a second year History student at the University of Cambridge, and would love to tutor passionate and open-minded students! I am very organised and as such my lessons would be regular and (hopefully...) high-quality, as I would put in the necessary work to tailor lessons to the individual needs of each student. I am a very open and friendly person, and as such lessons would be fairly relaxed and at the pace and intensity desired by the student!

As a tutor I will focus first and foremost on the individual needs of each student, whether it be skills such as analysis, argumentation or essay-writing. My approach to teaching is practical rather than theoretical, and hopefully this will allow students to get a better grasp of what is required to succeed - whether this be in terms of exams or looking forward towards university. I am looking to teach GCSE and/or A-Level students, and am happy to offer advice, guidance and preparation to Oxbridge applicants as well. Lessons would last 1 hour or so. I have previous experience teaching younger students, but feel that I am able to guide older pupils as well :)
