Hi, I’m Kerrie — a dedicated and approachable Mandarin tutor with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Florida. I studied abroad at Tsinghua University, one of China’s top institutions, and spent over seven years living in Hong Kong, where I used Mandarin and Cantonese in everyday life. What sets me apart is my immersion experience. I earned my degree in Mandarin (cum laude) from the University of Florida, studied abroad at Tsinghua University—one of China's most prestigious schools—and spent over seven years living in Hong Kong. This blend of formal education and real-world use helps me bridge the gap between textbook Mandarin and everyday speech.
