Bonjour et bienvenue! I’m a French tutor with over 8 years of experience and a degree in Education, specializing in French as a Second Language. I work especially well with beginners, and I truly enjoy helping people take their first steps into the world of French. My teaching style is gentle, patient, and imaginative. I use games, flashcards, skits, and storytelling to make lessons dynamic and memorable. These tools help turn grammar into games and vocabulary into living experiences. Learning French with me often includes acting out silly conversations, making up stories together, or playing guessing games. It may not feel like studying—but you’ll be surprised how much you retain! I’ve helped many students go from complete beginners to confident speakers, ready to use French in real-life situations. I believe that learning a language should never feel like a chore. It should feel like discovering a new way of seeing the world. Mistakes? We love them. They mean you're trying, and trying is how we grow. My goal is always to build confidence before fluency—because the rest follows naturally. About the lesson

Music and rhythm are powerful tools in language learning, and I use them often in my French lessons. I combine songs, chants, movement, and storytelling to help you remember vocabulary and grammar more easily. This method is especially helpful for beginners or anyone who learns better through sound and repetition.

My goal is to build confidence early by helping you speak in full sentences from the start. We work with simple dialogues, everyday expressions, and high-frequency words you’ll actually use. I also use flashcards, visuals, and games to make sure you stay engaged and enjoy the process.

Lessons are fun but also structured, with a clear focus and review built in. We’ll use real-life situations to practice speaking, listening, and even writing when you're ready.

I’m very supportive and patient, especially with those who are adjusting to life in a French-speaking setting. I understand how important it is to feel safe and understood while learning something new.
