I offer piano lessons for students at all levels, from novice to professional. My sessions are structured and organized, ensuring each student makes steady progress. We start with basics like scales and chords, then advance to more complex techniques and repertoire.
In my lessons, students explore a variety of topics, including sight-reading, ear training, music theory, improvisation, and performance techniques. We also cover specific genres such as classical, jazz, soul, pop, funk, and R&B. This diverse curriculum helps students develop a well-rounded skill set.
I incorporate real-life examples and case studies into my teaching. For instance, we analyze famous pieces to understand their structure and emotion. We also study renowned pianists to learn from their techniques and styles. This approach makes lessons engaging and relatable.
One of my students, who started as a complete beginner, is now performing at local events. Another student, initially focused on classical piano, has expanded into jazz and funk. These success stories demonstrate how my tailored instruction fosters a deep passion for playing piano.
