About Zara

My teaching approach for violin is centered on creativity and collaboration. I believe that music is a personal journey, and I encourage students to express themselves through their playing. My lessons incorporate real-life examples and case studies from famous violinists, helping students understand how technique and emotion come together in performance.

I focus on building a strong foundation in essential skills like proper posture, bowing techniques, and music theory. We also explore different styles, including classical, jazz, and folk music, to broaden students’ musical horizons. I emphasize the importance of integrity in practice, encouraging students to develop a strong work ethic and a love for learning.

Collaboration is key in my lessons. I often include duets and group sessions, allowing students to learn from each other and experience the joy of playing with others. Together, we create a fun and supportive environment where students can thrive and grow as musicians.

About the lesson

As a dedicated violin tutor with 4 years of experience, I have had the privilege of teaching 200-300 high school and college students. My goal is to create a positive and engaging learning environment where students feel inspired to explore their musical abilities. I believe that each student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet their individual needs, ensuring that learning is both enjoyable and effective.

My teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation in technique and music theory while encouraging creativity and self-expression. I celebrate each student’s progress, no matter how small, fostering confidence and a love for music.
