About Praveen
I excelled as a student, repeatedly topping my grade at James Ruse AHS (while it was consistently the top school in the state) in both school (98 and 97 in Extension 2 and Extension 1 math respectively) and competition math (represented Australia at the 2014 IMO, 1st in NSW multiple times) exams, and then worked as a tutor for 4 years while studying Advanced Math in university. After that, I worked at a prestigious quantitative trading firm in Hong Kong for 5 years, and now I've returned to Aus to spend more time on what I enjoy.

Flexible methodology tailored to the students needs, with a focus on developing long term understanding and retention of concepts. Socratic method. Success in math is dependent on a strong understanding of the core fundamental concepts, so that's what I focus on developing so that students are set up for life.
For both high school and late primary school students of any ability. Lessons can be 1 or 2 hours. Preferred location is NSW State Library but it is flexible.
