About David
Teaching guitar has been more than just a job—it has been my purpose for the last 8 years. I’ve guided students from their first strum to confidently performing in college bands and events. I believe in walking alongside my students, not ahead of them. Every lesson is a step we take together, focused on growth, joy, and real musical understanding. I use simple language, creative examples, and always try to connect lessons to music that excites the student. One of my most memorable achievements was watching a group of my students write and perform an original song at a cultural fest. That performance showed me how music brings people together. I’m here to support my students on every part of their journey—technical skill, stage confidence, and passion for music.

Learning guitar should be fun and rewarding. My teaching method focuses on motivating students, clear communication, creative lessons, and maintaining integrity.
I begin by understanding students’ goals, then create lessons that match their interests and skill levels. Motivation is key—I encourage students to set goals and celebrate progress. Communication is open and easy to understand, with plenty of room for questions.
Creativity makes lessons engaging. I use songwriting, improvisation, and genre exploration to keep lessons fresh and exciting. Integrity means honesty and respect, providing students with helpful feedback and a safe learning space.
I also offer instruction in related subjects like ear training and rhythm to help students become well-rounded musicians.
