Hello!

My name is John and I will be your Professional Acting Tutor. Especially helpful for College Auditions.

My BA (hons) in Drama & Performance (DT529) equips me with the necessary tools for offering feedback, sharing technical advice and helping you to grapple with your text in as much detail as possible.

I have worked as a Drama Facilitator for teenagers for over 10 years. I am currently working with The Abbey National Theatre, giving workshops for their ‘Tours & Experiences Department.’

My body of work as an Actor includes roles for The Abbey Theatre, The Gate Theatre, Olivier Award Winning Company Fishamble - as well as roles for TV & Film with Lionsgate, RTE, TG4, Virgin Media, Screen Ireland & Amazon Prime.

Teaching/Tutoring is an enriching process for me professionally and I can't wait to get to work with you.

About the lesson

60 Minute Session working to get you feeling confident, playful and prepared for the big audition.

I guarantee a lean, playful & grounded discourse with lasting insights for approaching text.

This can include; Vocal Technique, Staging Technique, Directorial Feedback, Self Tape (Camera Acting), Line Learning Methodology, Script Analysis and everything else that comes with the Coach/Actor dynamic.

We'll have you ready to go in no time.
