About Miona
Hello! My name is Miona, and I am a qualified Special Education Teacher with over 13 years of experience supporting children with additional needs. I currently work in Early Intervention, where I help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, while also supporting families with practical strategies at home. I believe every child learns best when they feel safe, encouraged, and supported. My teaching is play-based, visual, and structured, always tailored to your child’s individual needs. I also provide parent coaching, helping families manage routines, behavior, communication, and prepare for IEPs with confidence. Whether your child needs support with school readiness, behavior, language development, or life skills, I am here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to make learning a positive experience and to give parents tools they can use immediately in daily life.
