About Davis
I am a recent graduate from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina. I prioritize my education and believe that education is very important. When I was having difficulties in some of my classes in college, I found tutoring to be very helpful. Likewise, I tutored students in Spanish and other courses as well in college and found that students benefited from me tutoring them and were able to achieve their goals in their courses. During our tutoring sessions, I will make sure to communicate well with you and make sure that you get everything you want out of our sessions. I will help you make a study plan and we can even set goals for what you want to achieve during each session and in your class.

I believe that tutoring is helpful for any student looking to practice what they are learning in their class and improve in areas they may need more help in. One teaching method that I think it is helpful is using Quizlet. When learning new vocabulary words in Spanish or different types of grammar, I think that Quizlet is a good tool to help students memorize words and types of grammar in order to be successful. With my typical lesson plan, I like to talk with the student about what they are learning in their class and write down a list of what the student would like more help with. From there, we will go down the list during our tutoring session and work through those different areas. From there, we will do a review at the end of the session to make sure that the student is clear on the concepts we reviewed during our session. I am a very social individual who enjoys working with others in order to achieve their goals. I am a great communicator and am flexible with each student's needs. These lessons are great for students in middle school, high school, or college.
