About Julia
I have recently completed my MSc in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from the University of Western Ontario. Before that, I obtained my honors BSc from McMaster University in Life Sciences with a focus on cell biology and immunology. I also completed a minor in anthropology. I have tutored grades 1-12 and at the undergraduate level. The courses I have tutored include; high school level biology, physics, chemistry, and English, as well as pharmacology for nursing, and pathology at the undergraduate level.

I can tutor a variety of science subjects at the undergraduate level, including; cell biology, pathology, immunology, virology, research methodology, pharmacology, and more. If the subject you are looking for tutoring in is not listed, feel free to reach out and tell me exactly the subject you are looking for! The first meeting will be an assessment where we lay out your goals and challenges, and discuss what learning techniques work best for you. From there we will follow the plan we have decided on and check in before the end of each session to discuss how things are going. I am more than happy to create practice and study materials catered to your learning plan if that is something you would find helpful.
