o Cognitive development activities - which includes Day-to-Day science experiments such as soluble/in-soluble; Oxygen required for burning.
o Emotional and Social activities – group activities that include Role-plays, Team building games, Circle time
• Built and enhanced students reading and listening skills impart effective stories, interactive rhymes and taking children to educational field trips Egs. Visiting Nature parks, Supermarket, Fire station (fire-drill), encourage creativity through art such as Self/ Family portrait and Music.
• Evaluated children’ talent, interests and desires and discuss their progress and development areas with parents and other respective subject teachers:
o Asses children on half-yearly basis through written, reading, speaking, art, sports, dance and behavior
o Regular feedback about the child are shared with parents at Parent-Teacher meeting on Quarterly basis.
o Progress and Issues related to child are discussed with coordinators and higher authorities.
• Persistently observed students behavior and provide advice on regular intervals to parents or guardians.
• Other Responsibilities included:
o Prepared kids for dance competition and annual function
o Organized special events such as “Yellow Day” for all pre-primary classes
o Prepared and displayed art exhibition up to grade 6
o Prepare worksheets
o Worked as Art coordinator for Pre-primary classes which includes Art & Craft activities, Display-boards decoration and Back drops for special assemblies
