Eight years of teaching guitar have been full of meaningful experiences, from the first time a student strums a chord to the moment they perform on stage. Teaching students from school age to college level has built a strong belief: anyone can learn music with the right support. The teaching method is simple—listen, guide, and encourage. Lessons are clear and focused on what the student needs most. Whether it’s learning a song they love or improving technique, the journey is always personalized and supportive. Every student is different, so the lessons are flexible and designed to match each person’s learning style. One unforgettable experience involved helping a student with learning difficulties play a full song for his school talent show. The performance was a success and brought smiles to everyone. That’s the true power of patient and thoughtful teaching. In addition to guitar, topics like rhythm, performance skills, and songwriting are also part of the lessons. This helps students understand music as a whole and connect it to real-life experiences. The best part of teaching is watching students grow—not only in skill but in confidence and creativity."

About the lesson

One of the best ways to learn guitar is by listening actively and playing intentionally. I help students train their ears while learning to play—this means identifying chord changes, rhythms, and melodies in popular music. Then, we try to recreate them on the guitar, learning naturally through music we love.

Everyone processes information differently. I tailor my lessons to match your learning style—some students need movement, others need visuals or repetition. I’m flexible and change my approach based on how you respond best.

We talk throughout the lesson, making sure you understand each step. I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and trying new things. I always provide feedback that is clear, honest, and supportive.

I share case studies of how famous musicians developed their ears—like how Stevie Ray Vaughan learned from radio music or how St. Vincent shaped her sound from simple riffs. These examples help you see that greatness often starts with small steps.

In addition to guitar, we’ll also learn rhythm patterns, tablature reading, music theory basics, and jamming skills, so you become a well-rounded musician, not just a chord player."
