I am a life coach and health coach, specialising in emotional eating. This means that I help people free themselves from emotional hunger and find a lasting healthy and fulfilling relationship with food.

My approach helps you lose weight, but not only! There will be also improvement of the quality of your life and relationships, an increased self-confidence and better mojo.
You will learn how to put your relationship with food back on a healthy basis, where food becomes again... nourishing, a source of joy and sharing.

This is not about nutrition, I am not a dietitian, and I do not tell you what you eat. Our work together empowers you to look for what is good for you. I do not propose food plans, but I have the tools to analyse a food plan together, if you have one, and see if it is a good fit.

My philosophy is that food is a more complex field than nutrition alone: it includes emotions, lifestyle, personal and professional relationships, work, passions, projects, finances, physical activity and spiritual practice. They are sunbeams of your inner sun, the one that shines and nourishes you as a whole person, as a human being.

When things are going well in this "inner sun", strictly physical nourishment remains important, but is no longer in the foreground.

Already trained in coaching by the Elan Vital Institute (2012) and Coacharya (2018), I also trained as an integrative health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, where I got certified in 2021.

I offer individual coaching, generally 3 or 6-month programs or packages of 6 or 12 sessions. I have a limited number of spots available for new clients which does not allow me to accept coaching by the hour. Please consider the pricing in the pricing section taken this into account.

The first session is always free of charge, no commitment attached.

I offer face-to-face sessions in my office in Brussels (near Montgoméry), Thursday and Friday lunchtimes and evenings, or online the other days of the week.

I work in particular with busy people, overwhelmed, men and women, with a very busy professional& personal life.

If my approach appeals to you but you think the budget could be an obstacle, let's talk about it, I offer a number of pro bono sessions each month.
