About Priya
Hello! My name is Priya, I'm currently in my second year of teacher's college and have completed a bachelor's degree in music. After completing two practicums where I worked directly with students and in the school environment, I have become quite familiar with the Ontario curriculum guidelines, delivering effective lessons, and fostering understanding in students.

My lessons are centred around finding the best strategy for an individual to solve a problem, that will promote critical thinking and understanding rather than relying on memorization.
My lessons are generally geared toward elementary (K-6) education. We'll discuss areas in need of improvement and work through different strategies/exercises to find one that best makes sense for the student.`
