Methodology
My teaching methods take a conversation-based approach. I like to approach teaching and learning as though we are just 2 friends sitting down to talk. I find that when a student is comfortable and feels like they are in a safe space, they are more likely to relax and truly take in what they are learning.
Background
Hello! My name is Hayley and I am currently in my last year of an education degree. I wanted to experiment and try something new, this is why I have created a Manga club! I hope to meet online a few times a week via Zoom and read through some Manga series together, having students choose new series or topics as we finish up others! I very much look forward to discussing Anime and Manga with your child!
Rates
Details
The only additional rate I will include in my tutoring fees is that of a cancellation fee. I feel that this is fair as I value and respect my student's time, and when students do not show up for a class, they are taking away from students who could have used that slot. I charge $20 for missed 1-on-1 classes and $10 for missed group classes that are full. Thank you for your understanding!
