About Ankita
I am currently a Cognitive Systems-Brain and Cognition major at the University of British Columbia. After completing certification from MIT Sloan School of Business for AI implementation to Business Strategy, I created a start-up company, SOCH Enterprise Inc, a mental health awareness and destigmatizing mobile app. In addition to being an International Baccalaureate graduate, I am also a Yale Young Global Scholar (Biological and Biomedical) alumni.

I focus on my students preferred learning style to optimize their learning experience. I believe that a student must enjoy the subject they're learning to gain an interest in it, so I make sure to create an enjoyable and memorable learning environment. A typical class would consist of concept explanation, regurgitation by the student of their understanding, and plenty of practice. Depending on age, I also hold test-simulating sessions, which prepares the student for examinations not only in terms of content, but also timing and environment. I teach students from the age of 7-14 (grade level 2-9).
