Hello, My class parts from the idea that ANYONE can learn how to draw with the right approach. These classes are deemed for beginner and intermediate level students and anyone who wishes to work on their observational skills. Besides the technical side of the class, I also focus on building the confidence and knowledge through MAKING.
I create curriculums for each student based on their Japanese level. Since most of my students started as a beginner, I usually start from teaching basic Japanse letters (hiragana, katakana), then move on to basic grammers and easy Kanji. Usually each lesson takes 2hours, 1hour of writing, and 1hour of listening/speaking.
- I focus on teaching use of tools, as well as fundamental drawing and painting skills, without stifling personal style or expression. - I share my own methods as a practicing artist - watching another artist demonstrate a technique is one of the most useful ways that young artists can learn.
My teaching involves structured theory lessons followed by relevant problems for a topic. I look to build upon from a basic level to intermediate, and then an advanced level of math problem solving in line with the learning curve of the student.
I hope to inspire students to find and develop his/her passion in Business Education. I think Business Education provides students with the soft skills that they require to be successful in both academics and in the real world.
I engage students in the content that they are learning in order to make it more relevant and fun to learn. Students will see a dynamic learning environment with a lot of talking, conversing and relationship building. I will help and identify the most suitable learning strategy for your child.
I base my classes on students necessities. First at ALL I meet my students and talk to them to know what are their goals in learnings spanish, secondly I create a lesson plan outline with complete details that lead to a practice for the student. Finally this tailored class allow them to learn at their on pace and achieve a common goal.
My teaching method is very interesting as i prefer to learn something instead of forcing students to cramming by playway and longlasting proceduresbecause mathematics is based on learning not on cramming
My teaching methods are flexible and highly dependent on the students' preference. A typical class would have up to 3 objectives or concepts that needs to be explained, which I consider as the lecture section. Key words or concepts would be highlighted.
I am in favor of communicative teaching methods for all levels in which students find the courage to participate, discover, solve problems, and finally produce language. I am a creative teacher to always add fun and freshness to his classes.
My role as an educator is to make the student understand, react and take action. To that end, I believe that all students are capable of learning, albeit at different rates and at different motivation levels. A good educator is one to bring out the best out of all students. At the beginning of the school year, I set the tone for the class with my expectations in a fair and clear manner.
My teaching methods are based on real life applications. Like they are mostly based on real life scenarios, although they are small applications for practice but a person can surely gain a lot out of them. I try to teach students by creating my own examples and illustrations.
My teaching methods are very flexible, always depending on the student or group of student needs. I could be as fluid as water of as rigid as a book, depends on you and your personal needs.
My personal philosophy when teaching is that all kids are capable of being great students. I not only focus on teaching material thoroughly; I also aim to teach them great work ethics that they can take with them outside of school.
I believe that education is the key to success for young people. I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment utilizing planned lessons, varying methods of coaching and engaging learners to make a connection with the subject area. Sessions are tailored to the learners needs and provide numerous strategies that I have used to give my students the opportunity to be successful.
I use the Communicative Approach to immerse the students in the language right away with clear and complete grammar explanations of the topic we cover in each session. I focus on the students' needs to create customized lessons that will maximize the time we spent together, as students will learn as much as possible contents relevant to their particular needs.
I make my teaching sessions with my tutees FUN. I help them play with numbers and equations. Usually, I start by asking the students what they find confusing and then I give them examples. After I show my example, I let them do another example with my guidance. I believe math is all about practicing, hence, I teach my tutees by doing variety of examples.
I teach according to the learner's learning style. But I love using "mind mapping" as this works on both sides of the brain, & so learning is achieved! I recommend about 2 hours of tutoring at one time & no more than that. Your brain can only handle so much information.
My method in both teaching and practicing is listening to the clients as well as understanding their problems. Then, I can provide the most suitable lesson as well as advise to meet the needs of students. We will start with regular Sun Salutation and strengthen our bodies with various poses and exercises.
Hands on Learning: This is the best teaching method invented so far that involves the active participation of students to experience scientific concepts than to just have an audience view. Visual clues: Using visual clues easily supplements auditory information and students can easily connect better with ideas. The multi-sensory experiences improve their understanding and memorization.
With a comprehensive plan involving PPT slides, Lecture-Based sessions, 24hr Consultation and Q&A, Active Recall Practice Problems and examinations, the program has a structured framework that is flexible and adapts to the student. I focus primarily on critical thinking, curiousity development and broad spectrum learning as well.
I try to adjust according to the student. I try to provide the student the type of environment that he/she can learn out the most from. I just teach(per class) as much as it is easy for the student to grab at once.
I work with students a lot so that they can understand a subject deeply and I always use lots of examples in my teaching to engage my students. I always solve the first questions and then ask my students to answer similar questions. Once they get the idea, I would give them more difficult questions for practicing so that they can build up a great foundation from the lesson I taught them.
The teaching-learning of mathematics is made dynamic and interesting to the student, arousing an interest in the study, providing an interaction with the teacher in the search for the best understanding and accompaniment of mathematical concepts. Also bring math to the reality of the student.
My class is student-centered, where I provide engaging and sometimes challenging lessons and instructions in order to inspire my students to think critically and explore their personal learning styles. I have taught all ESL levels, from beginner to advanced.
I have learnt Yoga and Meditation to be a qualified teacher and love to practise it too. Personal attention is must when you are practising for your physical and mental health and I can provide that. I teach yoga for improving concentration, relieving stress, and maintaining physical fitness.
I believe a methodo of teaching should be adapted to the student/s, but basically a good mix of different approaches should be use, from the popular task-based approach to emphasizing in communication and the practical uses of the language. Language Learning is developed through students interacting and engaging and grammar and vocabulary building.
My main goal is for the students to get an interest in piano through the interesting approach and from a small to a big achievement. Bringing excitement and fun to every lesson while maintaining a professional and productive learning environment is my passion. I also feel excited and rewarding especially when my young students sit in front of a piano and have so much fun playing it.
I have a strong passion for maintaining wellness through mindfulness-based practices and strength training. Fitness, sports, yoga and meditation play an integral part of my day-to-day life. Having played collegiate volleyball, I learned that self-discipline, consistent practice and teamwork are necessary for accomplishing any goal.
Vocabulary plays an important role in my teaching methods. I will teach my students some basic words and some daily conversations. The second step is to practice. I will talk with my students in Chinese as much as possible. I will also recommend some Chinese TV shows and movies to them, to improve their listening skills.
