I like to start with basics as it’s very important. Reading writing listening speaking all four modules are very important.
I always adjust my lessons based on student needs. I use SMART goals and have a variety of diagnostics to start, no matter what age or level. I plan my lessons with the student's goals and specific needs in mind in order to achieve their desired language skills efficiently.
My teaching method is very flexible and structured to suite the needs of the students. I have taught students on an individual basis and in a group environment. My classes have been catered to a wide range of students from Grade 1 to Engineering students.
I offer developmental drum lessons for individuals based on the techniques and methods I learned from my own instructors through the years. I believe that the best way to learn the drums is to learn and practice a diversity of genres before deciding to specialize, and to build one's skill from a "bottom up" methodology.
My class is structured around the needs of the individual. Whether expository, persuasive or narrative essays, I have experience and examples of high level work to provide hands-on experience. This class is primarily for students with a specific task, for example a final paper or exam, although ongoing classes to improve writing skills can be arranged as well.
My methods combine what I have learned in my 8 years of learning foreign languages. A first assessment will determine whether you are a visual (seeing), auditory (listening), kinesthetic (touching) or reading/writing learner. While all methods will be used to tutor, this assessment will help shape the curriculum to best suit you.
I like to follow the school(if applicable) syllabus and try to explain each and every topic with time, care and examples. I personally feel students understand better when explanations are backed with examples. I try to assess students improvement by taking regular short quizzes.
Honestly, I'm new to tutoring. As an athlete, I am very team-oriented and work very well with others. When studying for midterms or finals, I am constantly helping others understand the material. I am very patient, and love to see others succeed.
Analyzing the pace and capacity of the student. Systematic Explanation on how to approach the solution to a given problem. Breaking down complex things in simple terms. Explaining different things with examples. Engaging Student to think in different ways. Develop students thinking and problem solving skills.
"Teach Peace, Choose Love!" I focus on correcting posture for healing chronic pain, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization & chakra balancing. I enjoy working with a wide range of demographics including all ages. I am well trained in modifications and skilled at customizing.
WE LISTEN TOGETHER-WE READ TOGETHER-WE WRITE TOGETHER- WE PRESENT & WE DISCUSS TOGETHER... This process goes in a rhythm & hence is my methodology for a subject with common sense.
I like to make things fun yet controlled. A professional lesson structure is important, but not if the students are bored. With me, expect things to be fun and exciting, but also expect to be on the right track as well.
Students always come to me with an objective and I help them to succeed. I start by helping them solve assignments and previous tests; If we detect some topic to work on I propose "basic but powerful" examples and build from simple to advanced. I also have a special -boot camp menu- if needed. We can also revisit fundamentals from scratch if you want to build a strong core.
I would love to help in a complete subject with basic ideas and elaboration. I would like to give lectures too. I want to cover more doubts and questions. Plus, feedback is always welcomed.
I love to teach one-on-one but am flexible with group work as well. We will talk through assignments, set goals, work through problems and do homework together. Get ready for college application season this fall! We can tackle long essays together and work through short answer questions so you're ready to meet application deadlines.
I break down complex math problems into simple managable phases. Approaching each problem as a set of steps not as a whole.
I give clear verbal instruction, optional physical adjustments and demonstrate proper alignment. Yoga classes include grounding meditation, breathing exercises, and either vigorous vinyasa flow or relaxed, step-by-step hatha. Classes are for both beginner and intermediate students of all ages.
My approach is structured but flexible to the student's needs and pace. I use imagery and drawings often. The music I teach is a mixture of classical and folk. The end goal is whatever the student and myself set at the beginning, whether it's to be able to play five pieces or to be able to perform.
I base my classes on the student’s needs, while trying my best to help them fulfill what their teachers are looking for on a quiz/ assignment/ test
I have been a baby sitter and tutor for my little sister and a couple of her friends almost all my life. I can work with one or more children at the same time. I can cook snacks for them, help them do their homework after school, and even put them to bed if need be. I can also take them to, and pick them up from, any extra curricular classes they may have.
I have been a life long teacher for my younger sister and her friends during their exam seasons. I find that making fun worksheets for them to solve through is very helpful. It isn't boring, which is why the student enjoys studying, and is also very helpful to remember things. We all tend to forget the boring pages in the picture-less textbooks more often than the colourful ones.
I tailor my lessons to what each individual client needs, so at the first meeting, we will discuss what you want to improve in your writing. In our lessons, we will work on your desired writing projects together, learning about grammar, organization, or research along the way. Sometimes we will read others' writing for examples and inspiration as well.
I tailor my lessons to what each individual client needs, so at the first meeting, we will discuss what you want to improve in your writing. We will work on your desired writing projects together, learning about grammar, organization, research, or rhetoric along the way. Sometimes we will read a little literature for examples and inspiration as well.
I start with fundamentals understanding your level, taking you from there on a journey lead thru examples, case studies and real scenarios. At the end you will walk out with a better understanding especially application of concepts and theory.
I enjoy explaining the subtlety of my mother tongue and sharing its culture, but also helping foreigners with their English. Depending on the level and aim of the student, I like to work on speaking (you need to speak a language and not only write it) and in a light & fun atmosphere (learning is more efficient when you take pleasure in it!).
I approach my teaching in a benchmark style of learning for maximum retention not letting a student get overwhelmed and fall behind. It’s important to have small victories per session. With me you can count on being comfortable in conversation from social to business.
My class structure is based off what the student is struggling with and where the student is in the class syllabus. If the student is not struggling with any current material, I will move them through the syllabus to be ahead of the class.
I like to have a well-planned agenda for each of my classes. However, adjusting the plans according to individual's pace and process comes first before that. Thus, at the very beginning of my class, I will go through the things we will cover with my students.
My teaching methods are functional and concise. I help with grades 1 thru 6 for two girls. Who learned all subjects math english simple science projects computing and art and music history such as finger painting and looking at an art book or web pages about finger painting artists. Musical instruments were chosen by the child. Here we learned together about notes and timing.
My teaching method is to engage student not only to learn but to understand the concept which will help them to learn not for few days but to learn the concept forever.
