My teaching is very interactive - I don't want to provide answers to students, but instead help them find the answers themselves. My goal is to identify the underlying knowledge that is missing - sometimes it is a missing key step on how to set up the problem, other times it is a missing piece of information from several grades past, or maybe its an algebraic trick that is missing.
I tailor my lessons to what each individual client needs, so at the first meeting, we will discuss what you want to improve in your writing. We will work on your desired writing projects together, learning about grammar, organization, research, or rhetoric along the way. Sometimes we will read a little literature for examples and inspiration as well.
