I mainly focus on the concepts of a topic for easy understanding by the students. I like to interact with students one-to-one level even in a group. I learned from my TA experiences that "students do not know" and need caring support.
My teaching methodology is based largely on both the Ontario and International Baccalaureate curriculums. I put the needs of my students first, where they direct the topics we spend time on. I work closely with you to determine where you need to spend the most time and then target those areas. Preparing for an exam? I have a lot of experience working with students on exam-preparation.
When I tutor, I try to make my lessons as interactive as possible by asking lots of questions, as I believe that greatly improves knowledge retention. If a question is answered incorrectly, I will work through the answer starting at a very basic level in order to ensure the underlying concepts of the question are well understood.
I teach by examples and explanations. The best way to learn a subject or concept in my experience is through repetition, especially in sciences or mathematics. It is also very important to remember the simple basics of each subject to provide a full understanding of concepts, therefore I put a strong emphasis on mastering the basics.
I am a strong believer of EQUITY, thus I approach all my students differently based on their needs and desires. With younger students I tend to focus more on building good study habits, while with older students I focus on test taking strategies.
I believe in guiding students to help them come to realizations about the subject matter. I encourage independent thought and novel approaches to problems. I use many examples and like to make connections between different subjects. I primarily teach high school courses but can also tutor first-year university courses.
I never recommend cram for a test for students because it is really not a good idea if you want to be more excellent. Memorizing more intelligently, drawing more inferences and pushing yourselves more when leaded are much more important.
I believe that every student learns in a different way and finding a students strengths is the key to helping them become successful. By teaching them in a variety of ways one can understand if the student is a hands-on student or if they prefer to be an independent learner etc.. I help the student find their learning style and focus on it so that they can achieve the best possible results.
I tend to help a student learn or better understand a concept in a way that would be most suitable for them, depending on how they would learn the best and how they like to learn, because everyone learns in different ways!
My teaching method is very simple. i explain the concept with examples which made them easy to understand. Also i am very flexible with my teaching methods depending on the student's demand or by observing them how they would learn things better.
My teaching method is application based , followed with a lot of practise. It is not structured, catering to the needs of an individual child. I specially cater to middle school grades 5 to Grade 8. It is my passion to teach children with various needs.
In a training setting, when I get questions, I first try to figure out the 'why' of the question. Is the student missing information because the theory was not understood or studied effectively. Is it a matter of skill or experience in the case of solving for instance a mathematical problem. The 'why' answer determines the next steps in the training.
When I teach I like to start from the beginning and see what you know and how well you know it. Then I like to grow that knowledge and try to relate it as much as I can with the real world.
I like to explain difficult concepts in simple ways. I use lots of visual tools such as graphing calculators, diagrams and videos to explain physics and math problems. I like to inspire the people that I work with to think in creative ways and prepare them to solve any complex problems.
I like to ensure the student understands the topic with enough depth so they can apply it on their own. I first explain it to them generically, if they don’t understand the topic, I introduce them to my own personal way of thinking, in which I connect previous things they have learned and build up to the current topic so eventually they will be able to do this process on their own.
I am an industrial Chemist. I have been teaching and tutoring students in the area of chemistry. Organic, Inorganic and physical chemistry for both high school and secondary school school students. I have an M.Tech in chemistry as well. MBA in Marketing.
I have a great passion for biology and chemistry related subjects and I'm always glad to help students with understanding tough material because I know how hard it can be to learn everything on your own.
I usually use Experiment and observation methods to teach chemistry and physics. Besides that I often use graphics and animation for the better understanding of complex theories.
My teaching is designed towards what the student needs to improve on. I will determine areas of weakness and then show them how to do the questions they are struggling with. I encourage work ethic and perseverance and answer any questions they have about how we got the answer. I would tutor any grade between grade 1 and grade 11.
I make my lessons interesting and enjoyable for my students. I give my students my full attention and my best effort in each lesson. I constantly reevaluate the students progress and adapt my lessons to fit their needs. I am kind and patient with the students that I work with.
My teaching methods are focus on concepts with the help of examples in course book and general exposure of related topics to practical life. My specialty is to understand the level of student and to improve it up to the required level of satisfaction. Focus and appreciate the engagement of students to explore the real idea of students related to topic.
With a special easy to get method. you need to try it for free ! I Improve your immagination as well as your vision in chemistry.
My teaching methods are very understandable I base my classes on student prospective and I approach subjects with structure/flexibility.
I approach my lessons with visual aids where possible and try to explain the theory in a way that helps the student understand instead of memorize so that it can be retained. I am comfortable tutoring anyone in elementary school or high school.
I base my teaching on the level your at and we'll slowly build up from there since i know how overwhelming it could get. I try to make the lessons easy to relate to as well as easy to remember.
My teaching method is home tutoring. I follow a flexible method and adapt to the way that an individual student suits the most. Keeping an open mind helps the students to open up to me and enrich themselves with proper education.
My teaching methodology is simple: I treat every student as an individual with entirely unique needs. Hence, all of my sessions are student-driven. In order to best accomplish this, I conduct a thorough phone assessment prior to the first session to create an individualized study plan that will best meet the present desires and needs of my clients.
I love teaching math and helping with their difficulty in math and other subjects like science such as chemistry. I love teaching people individually not as a group so that kids can benefit one on one so that no one will be left out and everyone will be free to ask questions.
I base my classes on how I would like to be taught, that is keeping things simple as possible. I carefully observe the learning and understanding pace of each student, and continually remind and motivate students to reach their potential.
My methodology is based on student’s Interests and train students according to their needs. Using effective and latest methods of teaching is the priority.
