I base my classes on my students' English proficiency, or on what they are currently working on or preparing for (e.g. schoolwork, exams, etc.). My methodology is to begin with an assessment of a student's strengths and weaknesses, which could involve speaking, writing, reading, or a combination of all three.
I approach a subject by making sure that the basics are taught well and then practical and academic exercises/ problems are solved with proven methods as prescribed by academic curriculum or paractical knowledge. I would prefer to coach students from 8th grade to 12th grade.
My teaching method is relaxed during the lessons, but does has an overall structure to plan that we would come up with during our first session. Depending on what subject you would need help with the typical session would change, ranging from hands on learning to practice heavy sessions. My teaching is intended for High School students.
