About Man Chau
I’m a professional pianist and experienced teacher offering engaging, personalized piano lessons for all ages and skill levels. With a child-centred approach and over five years of experience in early childhood development, I create joyful, interactive sessions that nurture confidence and inspire a lifelong love of music.
I currently perform with multiple choirs across B.C. and have hosted numerous student recitals. I also serve as a trainer in the Franciscan Liturgical Music Training Program, supporting choir leaders and performers in developing strong musical foundations. My practical experience and encouraging teaching style help students grow quickly, gain real-world performance skills, and achieve their musical goals with confidence.
Lesson rate: $32 per half hour. $60 per an hour.

My private piano lessons are fully tailored to each student’s needs, abilities, and learning style. I focus on developing a strong musical foundation: sight-reading, ear training, music theory, and solid piano technique, so that students can confidently grow in their musical journey and continue nurturing their passion independently.
I offer several lesson pathways based on your goals:
- RCM/ABRSM exam preparation (Grades 1–5)
- Piano accompaniment for Catholic liturgical music (ideal for those serving in church)
- Recreational/habit-building piano classes (fun, relaxed learning for all ages)
