About Ken
With over 20 years of experience in the Ip Ching lineage of Wing Chun I have a great love for the art. I have been blessed to travel and train across the US and Hong Kong with kung fu brothers from all over the world, North America, Asia, and many parts of Europe.
I have taught classes since 2005 as an instructor (Jo Gau) and received the title of Sifu in 2018. And with that, I still feel that I am a perpetual student, working out with other martial artists, visiting my Sifu Damon Neilson when I can and hopefully traveling the world again soon to polish my skill with those many who continue to walk the path ahead of me.

Simple to learn, fun to practice, and a lifelong pursuit; wing chun teaches fighting skills but also balance, patience, and confidence.
Lessons are typically about 2 hours at a time. With some forms and solo drills to learn so you can study at home, and partner drills to learn the feel of how to respond to an opponent. I have a 12 class curriculum that is good for school terms, or ongoing training for those who want to continue their training.
Classes are appropriate for teens and adults.
