About Freda
I've been teaching for 13 plus years in Canada in a yoga studio setting, private studio, homes, outdoor and retreats throughout central Alberta. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds helping them achieve their goals. Whether this be goal poses or finding a deeper connection.
