About Mia
I’m a passionate Chess tutor with 7 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of guiding more than 250 students on their journey to mastering the game. My goal is not just to teach Chess moves, but to build critical thinking, patience, and smart strategy. I believe Chess is more than a game—it’s a powerful tool for learning and personal growth. A key milestone in my career was helping several students compete in national-level tournaments. I make each lesson engaging, clear, and focused on the student’s goals. Watching my students grow in skill and confidence is what drives me every day.
