About Clara
I am bilingual in both English and Spanish, and have experience teaching groups of children ages 6-12, as well as individual 1-1 tutoring adults as well as children. I have improved accent pronunciation and have encouraged confidence when speaking Spanish out loud. I have helped writing and reading skills among all cohorts, and have assisted in wider classroom settings working on exam board materials.

I have guided the younger students with various numeracy and literacy exercises with a Montessori approach. I have involved worksheets and worked games into my learning sessions with younger students, as i believe this produced the best results. When working with more mature students I try and involve current affairs and conversational topics which are a good way of incorporating wide ranges of vocabulary into the learning. My experience has helped me perfect my ability to tailor learning and teaching methods to specific student's needs through the years.
