I possess more than 5 years of progressive experience in the Kitchen. My professional history includes positions such as Chef De Partie at The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, (5 Star Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Flagship Property) as well as Food Production Intern at Hotel Trident Nariman Point (5 Star Luxury Business Hotel) and Hotel Sahara Star (5 Star Luxury Airport Hotel).
I cook Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican & Continental Cuisines.
My teaching techniques are quiet simple and realistic. I try my level best to break down the course and make it easy for my students to learn about new things.
Not every kitchen knowledge is about cooking food but also about menu planning and knowing what your Ingredients are and where do they come from. I intend to provide you with the thorough knowledge about the same.
