About Wanda
I was born in Puerto Rico and attended Elementary school most of my youth and lived in a little small town called Barrio Nuevo, up in the mountains. I grew up speaking Spanish in my home and attended school where I learned to speak English. When I came to the United States I continued to speak Spanish at home and learn English in School. I graduated from Western High School and attended the University of MI where I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology. In the past years I have done private tutoring; in my home and at Madonna University campus with children and adults. I speak, read and write Spanish fluently. Gracias

Spanish is second most spoken language after English in the world. I like to make learning Spanish fun especially when working with children. Starting with the basics through reading conversation and repetition makes it worthwhile to learn the language. Giving the students homework to take home and study with a member of the family can make it fun and encourage learning. I was born in Puerto Rico attended elementary school and have kept my culture.
