About Cristian

Hola Parceros! Cómo están? My name is Cristian Rivera, I’m 29, and I’m originally from Medellin, Colombia. I am a passionate and charismatic tutor who loves making my students feel comfortable and confident to immerse themselves in this Spanish adventure. I've been teaching Spanish for more than 4 and a half years (+6,800 hours) to hundreds of groups classes and one-to-one private lessons. Also, I’ve delivered classes to students from all over the world, and this has given me sufficient knowledge and skills to understand the needs, and accomplish each student's goals. In these four years, I've got to know what are the most important topics and concepts (hacks/algorithms) one must know in order to learn Spanish. I have a diploma in Enseñanza del Español como Segunda Lengua (Teaching Spanish as a Second Language). Lastly, I have trained some professors who now work with me at language School (online & in-person) that I have in my country. Thus, I would provide you with conversational/grammar classes with other native and well-knowledged Spanish teachers to boost everything you learn in the classes.

About the lesson

Quiero presentarte in a fun and simple way, a methodology based on the most important structures or “hacks” that the Spanish language has. By learning these, you will be able to start a conversation in Spanish from the first week. These lessons are offered especially to complete beginners or intermediate students; as well as those advanced students who would love to master such structures. Classes are 1 hour long, and delivered online through Zoom. Ask me for online group classes!

2. ***24-hour cancellation policy: If there is any inconvenience to take the class, the student must cancel the lesson at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the student must pay 100% of the class price.
