I believe that effective teaching is not just about delivering information but also about inspiring a love for learning, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing individual growth.

This includes hands-on activities, and the use of digital resources. I also encourage self-directed learning and research, as I believe that students retain information better when they actively seek knowledge.

I then engage the students in discussions, presentation,and hands-on activities. I allocate time for questions and encourage students to express their thoughts and ideas.
