About Julien

Designer and semi-professional sportsman, I practice boxing and wrestling from a very young age. Passionate about combat sports and their dissemination, I have always shared the desire to teach and introduce as many people as possible to these disciplines. During my apprenticeship I had the opportunity to train in France, Canada and China with big names such as orono wor petchpun (muay thai); Elijah Bokeli (Kick-boxing); Jujitsu (Kostia Schalcoff).

About the lesson

My method is based on an emphatic approach. Here, the goal is to give you the keys to achieving your goals while having fun. My specificity as a teacher is to accompany you until you are able to set up our lessons yourself. Indeed, I do not want my clients to be dependent on the courses offered to progress but on the contrary that they benefit as quickly as possible from the tools that suit them and that they can then use to their advantage. I seek above all to share my passion and I do not see in this activity as my main source of income. The course is variable, I tend to never repeat the same session twice. I like to take into consideration your desires, your pleasures and facilitate them which you can have.

Perfect! Franchement, je ne m'y attendais pas vraiment, mais Julien est un super prof pour le coup. Tu me dis que je progresse vite, mais je sais que je suis encore nul et je reconnais que t'as énormément de patience pour me répéter à chaque fois de corriger ma posture (environ 40 fois par séance :'D ). En tout cas j'avais beaucoup d'envie de me mettre au kickboxing, et cette envie est intacte, voire décuplée. J'apprend beaucoup et c'est super intéressant ! Merci Coach :)

Grâce à son professionnalisme et ses conseils, j'ai réussi a ce jour à perdre plusieurs kilos tout en devenant plus technique ( au niveau de la boxe) et en prenant goût à l'effort.
