Over 30 years experience in martial arts and 25 years teaching experience, master degree in qigong tai chi, 4th degree in wing chun kung fu, personal training available and classes, enjoy teaching people to help them gain confidence and self-worth, or learn reiki healing with over 25 years experience as a reiki master healer tradition Dr Usui system of natural healing of balance mind body and soul

Learn to relax and strengthen the immune system, and body condition for everyone, qigong is a very powerful form of exercise for a healthy way of life, also learn realistic self-defence wing chun kung fu is an excellent form of self-defence using your whole body mass to defend and attack your assailant using quick punches and low kicks, a self-defence system that everyone can use, or learn reiki healing with traditional Dr Usui system of healing over 25 years experience reiki master healer, for mind body and soul

Perfect! John Keung is a great Qi Gong teacher who clearly has a lot of experience in the internal arts. My Qi Gong class with him was great and left me feeling refreshed and energised. I hope to take more classes with him.
