About Blaise
I hold a Master’s degree in Music with a specialisation in Vocal Performance and have over 9 years of experience teaching singers from beginners to advanced performers. My academic training is paired with years of stage and studio work, which allows me to teach both technical excellence and expressive freedom. In addition to teaching, I’ve performed solo and in ensemble settings, recorded studio vocals, and worked with choirs. These diverse experiences inform my ability to guide students through many performance scenarios, including auditions, recitals, and recordings. I adapt lessons to each student’s personal style and musical vision. My teaching is rooted in encouragement, discipline, and discovery. I aim to create a space where students feel safe exploring their voice, learning from mistakes, and growing in skill and self-assurance. Whether your goal is personal expression or professional pursuit, I’m here to support your unique singing journey.

My singing lessons begin with the foundation of breath control, vocal health, and posture. We build strength through targeted warm-ups and learn how to engage your diaphragm effectively. Each student is guided to understand their vocal range and how to use it with confidence from the very first session. As progress is made, lessons focus on control, resonance, and musical interpretation. You’ll explore phrasing, dynamic contrast, and pitch accuracy across various styles such as pop, classical, or musical theatre. Practical exercises are paired with expressive practice to ensure you not only sing correctly but also connect emotionally with the material. Advanced lessons cover stage readiness, audition preparation, and polishing tone for performance or recording. Students are encouraged to build their personal repertoire and explore stylistic variation. The goal is to refine your unique vocal identity while mastering healthy technique and expressive storytelling through song.
