My lessons are based on your wishes, however to have better fitness and to do a Wort of Fitness yoga with me, or a beginner course with all the basics or if you already have a little experience. Otherwise only individual lessons for relaxation and tips. Something for everyone. I’m always happy to take alternating courses or bring in a routine. As you can see I am very flexible and only want the best for your course
