About Roger

Hello! I’m a lifelong language learner with nearly 25 years of experience studying foreign languages. I’m not a native Spanish speaker, but I bring a unique perspective: I know what it’s like to learn Spanish from the ground up. Because of that, I can relate to the challenges students face, and I’ve developed practical strategies to overcome them.

I’ve completed Spanish 1–5, AP Spanish, and College-level Intermediate Spanish, and I continue to use Spanish in both my personal and professional life. Beyond Spanish, I’ve explored language learning broadly, which gives me a toolkit of study techniques I’m excited to share.

My passion is helping others discover joy in learning languages. I design lessons that are personalized, interactive, and approachable. Whether you’re a beginner, brushing up on old skills, or just curious about Spanish, we’ll work together at a pace that fits your needs. My focus is on building confidence, practical communication, and steady growth because language learning is a journey best shared.
