Join us for a fun, friendly and professional session to learn how to make your own madeleines, canelés, choux, petits fours, macarons, biscuits, galettes etc

Fun time, friendly, professional environment, I am international and worked with all backgrounds in the world. From Disneyland Paris to Parc Astérix, Paul Boulangerie Paris, Walmart, Bulk Barn in Canada, Faubourg Paris Pâtisserie in Vancouver, Stamford Hotel Melbourne. Iampatisserie Melbourne. My passion for food, Pastry and people keeps me going!

Perfect! Aziz is an authentic French pastry chef, trained not only professionally, but also from his family as a child. A session with Aziz is equal parts joy and rigour, as the science of pastry demands weighted measurements. He's an excellent person to spend time with. I look forward to our next session. :)
