About Mariam

I am a passionate Math tutor with strong academic credentials and a love for helping students understand and enjoy mathematics. I got a 5 in AP Calculus AB in high school. I work with learners of all levels — from beginners building their foundation to students preparing for exams. My lessons are clear, structured, and tailored to each student’s needs. My Teaching Approach:
I aim to make Math understandable, enjoyable, and relevant. I focus on building a strong foundation first, then gradually tackling more complex concepts, so students gain confidence and mastery step by step.

I combine explanation, demonstration, and hands-on practice. I break down problems into simple steps, use visual aids where helpful, and encourage students to ask questions and think critically. For exam prep, I use past papers and targeted exercises to strengthen problem-solving skills.
