About Eva

I'm a workaholic with love for active relaxation and frequent need to cope with reality and recharge my life batteries. Having worked in high-pressure jobs across several industries until landing in the chef world I have needed simple efficient and accessible self-care tools more often than I care to admit. Kitchen has always kept me sane, helped me hit pause on reality or channel the daily goings on, be they good or bad, into something delicious and rewarding. Perfect! I’m so lucky to have Eva as my cooking teacher! She’s super funny, patient, and full of energy, which makes learning with her a lot of fun. Eva took the time to understand exactly what I needed through a questionnaire and then created a detailed lesson plan just for me. We’ve started with salads and eggs, and now we’re moving on to pasta. She always comes prepared and is flexible if I want to change anything. I couldn’t ask for a better teacher!
