Patience is key in any learning environment, but especially so in the kitchen. I will take you step by step at your pace untill you get to where you want to be.
Everyone's needs are different, and people go vegetarian for so many different reasons. I will personally articulate meals based on your needs (cheap, organic, dairy or egg free, etc.).

I have been a vegetarian all my life and even though i have learned professionally all aspects of cooking. I structure my sessions with some basic knowledge about our body constitution and what kind of food one must eat. A hint of theory to spread awareness about healthy eating habits and procedures of cooking. Then cooking techniques practical and some preparations handson with the client.

We can choose the recipe upon your preference. Moreover, we also can start with a basic recipe to learn basic skills. I can prepare all the ingredients before the class however it will be added on the tuition fees. The lesson will take place at the student's home only.
I use very simple and easy-flowing teaching techniques because cooking Indian could be complicated and Healthy recipes are not very common. I use comparison or substitutes (if necessary) of ingredients used to break the cultural barriers and give my students a sense of comfort.
