About Anastasiia
I am a recent MIT graduate, majored in Physics and Computer Science and I am currently continuing to work on my Masters in CS at MIT. I have several years or experience working in astrophysics research and have an original paper publication from that time. I have also worked as a Software Engineer and Data Analyst before, and am currently working as a Research Assistant in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT.
During my time at MIT I have worked as a TA and a grader for several semesters for classes in the Physics and CS department. I have helped students with questions during lectures and practicums as well as participated in the creation of exam problems and grading of homework.
I have had an amazing chance to be an exchange teacher for a month, during which time I was solely responsible for creating and teaching physics curriculum to a high school classroom. Throughout that experience I had a chance to improve my teaching skills and work together with industry professionals.
I have also been tutoring through various programs (like VIPTutor, StudySpace etc.) for over two years and am always excited to meet new students and to pass on my love for the sciences!
