About Joel
I hold an Associate of Music in Piano Skills and have been teaching for 4+ years. I focus on helping students bring their piano skills into real performances. Worship leading, theater accompaniment, and wedding performance are common goals I support. Each of these paths requires unique preparation, and I enjoy guiding students through them. My approach is personalized and always encouraging. Lessons include technique but emphasize application. Worship pianists practice supporting voices with confidence. Theater players learn timing, flexibility, and collaboration. Wedding performers work on versatility, endurance, and repertoire. I also encourage improvisation and creativity in every lesson. My teaching style balances structure with motivation. Students leave lessons not only with new skills but with growing confidence. My goal is to make piano both practical and inspiring for every student.

I work especially well with The Child Prodigy and The Hobbyist Adult. Each receives focused support for their reading goals. Students leave lessons with real progress they can hear and see.
