About Amber

I’m a singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a voice emphasis. I love teaching students of all ages—from school kids to college students and adult professionals. My lessons are personalized to fit each learner’s unique voice and goals. Whether you want to explore classical, pop, movie, or folk singing, I’m here to guide you. I focus a lot on ear training, harmony, and improvisation, helping you understand music theory in a practical way. Building vocal confidence is one of my biggest passions—I want every student to feel comfortable and proud of their voice. Safe vocal techniques are always a priority, so your voice stays healthy as you grow. My lessons are interactive and supportive, designed to keep you motivated and inspired. About the lesson

For Suzuki students, the voice lessons focus on developing natural, effortless singing through gentle breathing exercises and playful pitch training. Tools like the app “SingTrue” help with ear training, while simple recording apps track progress over time. The approach is patient, building confidence step-by-step.

Orchestra members need a technique that supports stamina and precision for demanding performances. Breathing exercises target control and support for sustained notes. Pitch training uses apps like “Tunable” to fine-tune intonation and blend with the group. Vocal health advice includes managing strain during rehearsals and performances. Performance skills focus on expression, phrasing, and connecting with the music’s emotion to enhance storytelling. This method is disciplined yet flexible, adapting to each musician’s role.
