I have more than 6 years of experience as a university professor abroad. Now I am back home and I want to start my teaching career in Spain. The best way to get it would be through one-on-one classes, where I truly feel comfortable.

I don't like the traditional approach to teaching, but I try to make the teaching-learning process as a continuos negotiation between teacher and student, where the teacher is a 'guide' of teaching, and not a 'boss' of the classroom.
The first class would be the first negotiation, to know the objectives and aspirations of the student for the class. From that first contact we would design the rest of the classes.
