About Naya
With over 8 years of tutoring experience and an MSc in Applied Physics, I guide students through the exciting world of waves and optics. My lessons make complex ideas like reflection, refraction, and diffraction approachable. I focus on building strong conceptual foundations before moving into advanced applications. Students learn to master ray tracing and interference problems with step-by-step clarity. I also emphasise real-world connections, such as how fibre optics power modern telecommunications. Learners gain insight into the role of wave phenomena in photonics and imaging sciences. My teaching style combines structured explanations with problem-solving practice. I aim to develop both exam confidence and scientific curiosity. Every lesson is interactive, encouraging questions and exploration. I enjoy helping students unlock the beauty of light and sound in Physics. Together, we discover how waves shape not only technology but also the way we perceive reality.

My teaching approach in Physics focuses on connecting theory to engineering practice. I make lessons application-driven, exploring areas such as fluid dynamics, statics, dynamics, and materials science. Each concept is broken down into manageable steps, making complex problems easier to understand. Students learn not only the “what” but also the “why” behind each principle. For example, we explore how Newton’s laws apply in bridge design or how wave phenomena relate to telecommunications. I emphasise problem-solving strategies and critical thinking rather than rote learning. For exam takers, I provide structured past paper practice and time management support. For career switchers, Physics teachers, and computational physicists, I create lessons that strengthen both theoretical knowledge and real-world application. My goal is to make every learner confident in using Physics as a tool for analysis and design. Together, we transform challenges into opportunities and see Physics as a subject that builds both skills and careers.
