My teaching methods is both classroom base and at individual level of teaching I teach my student by using a well tailored teaching aid and materials with reference to relevant text content. Although my teaching experience is from back home i believe physics is the same in any part of the world.
My teaching methods are somewhat new age. I think anyone can learn mathematics and physics. Throughout my education I have learned that the only way to improve problem solving skills in these subjects is to continually practice. In class examples are great for this, but we also need justification to understand the theory more deeply (i.e proofs).
I really like teaching Physics starting from the very basic principles then using simple logics to make hard problems look easier! Actually, Physics only describes phenomena that happens in nature which should be that hard to understand since we encounter those things in our everyday life, right? We just need a simple model then just use our common sense ;)
I approach a subject with structure and present the material in a logical and convient way. I can base my class on a course taken at a school institution or build my own to accomodate the students. I can write exercices/assignments/practice exams if needed.
My teaching method is based on the level of the student. I prefer thinkering-like approach: I want to make sure that the understanding comes from the student and not on me. Therefore, if the student is comfortable, I teach the concept by questioning the student until we reach the answer. This way, the student get a stronger understanding of the materials, since he participates to get it.

I prefer private tutoring because everyone learns differently. While teaching one-on-one, I can adapt to the student's needs and have them learn at their pace. I believe that teaching techniques vary according to whom you are teaching, and therefore I believe that dialogue is crucial for any kind of tutoring.
