About Claire

I started at the tender age of 14 working as a singer and pianist in Wales. I was spotted by a large music company and started my musical career performing around the UK and Europe. I then spent the next 15 years travelling demonstrating the latest pianos and keyboards. Alongside this I have always taught music which is something I really enjoy. Passing on my experiences is something that excites me. I always believe it’s not what you play it’s how you play it. I look forward to our musical adventures together through learning. Lessons are £22 for 30 minutes paid in blocks of 4. First lesson is charged at £22.

About the lesson

Here at Funkeys we aim to make learning fun and enjoyable. If you are a beginner or advanced it doesn’t matter. I have been running Funkeys music school now for over 15 years and have been a musician for over 35 years. Lessons start at £22 for 30 minutes. Option to complete graded exams via Royal College of Music plus Trinity College of Music. I am based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. Near Silverstone (the home of racing). I look forward to hearing from you.
