About Senthuran
I am a DBS Certified Mathematics graduate from a Russell Group University, tutoring students from year 3 through to GCSE. I mostly tutor Mathematics, Economics and Physics, prioritising 11+ and GCSE students. I cover all major exam boards, including OCR, AQA, WJEC and Edexcel. With 5 years+ of teaching experience, I tailor lessons to each student's needs, continuously updating and utilising the best resources to support their progress. No matter where they are along their academic journey, I provide structured guidance to help them build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential. I have a strong academic background from Queen Elizabeth's Boys' School, a top grammar school (A*AB at A-level, 9 A*- A at GCSE), so I know what it takes to achieve top grades. I was inspired to become a teacher through my experiences helping others while I was still studying. At school, I volunteered to teach at various clubs, assisting younger students with their learning and helping them build confidence in subjects like Mathematics and Physics. I found great joy in seeing them progress and gain a better understanding of difficult topics. Additionally, I took pride in tutoring friends and family, guiding them through their studies, and helping them secure places at good secondary schools and achieve excellent GCSE results. Seeing the positive impact I had on their academic journeys sparked my passion for teaching. I’m driven by the opportunity to help students fulfil their true potential.
