About India
I’m a Classical Studies graduate from the University of St. Andrews, and want to help other students find their passion for the ancient world and languages. My first tutoring role involved teaching ancient Greek to primary school pupils as part of a volunteering project at school, and my passion for teaching has continued ever since! I enjoy reading and ancient history, as well as art.

As a recently graduated student myself, I know that not every student learns in the same way. I hope to find the best method for each person, and help them to study and revise whatever subject we are focusing on. I have taught a variety of ages, and a range of subjects! I have revised Latin with CE level students, as well as teaching maths and English to a Year 3 student, and am currently teaching beginners Latin. I have also supervised and proof-read essays for secondary school pupils. My lessons are usually 30 mins long, depending on the pupil and subject.

Perfect! I'm lucky that my first choice from the available Latin tutors is such a good fit for me. She is flexible in her style and she modifies her approach to acount for me being autistic. As we go along she checks in that I am understanding and she is approachable when I need clarification. I feel I can ask her anything. I also like that she is passionate about her subject and she prepares the lesson so that it has structure. I'm very pleased.
